The Barber Knolls Community
consists of
spacious two to
four
bedroom apartments, including handicapped accessible apartments, some
non-smoking
apartments are available with options for one or two floor living.
Dishwashers, off street parking and gardening opportunities are
amenities
to be found here and under certain conditions, pets are
welcome.
Lovely brick twinplexes and two story townhouses are
surrounded by a spacious
lawn, allowing privacy in a cozy, homelike setting. Flowers adorn
the street entrances all summer long and residents are encouraged to plant their own gardens. Winter snow removal and
de-icing keeps the
area tidy and safe. Several different unit styles and price ranges are
available, including optional basements and carports. More
and
more of our residents plant gardens and have learned the joys of fresh
vegetables right outside their kitchen door. In this economy, growing
your some of your own food is a plus.
Our newly
renovated townhomes and apartments include wiring
compatible with DSL
and are cable TV ready. Many recently remodeled apartments have ceramic
or Pergo floors, new kitchens and/or new bathrooms.
Every apartment includes off-street
parking.
Within walking distance are Tuscora Park, grocery, hospital,
restaurants, banking, bus service and
churches.
The Barber Knolls apartment community is located in Summit County, Ohio
within easy travel to Akron, Canal Fulton, Norton, Cuyahoga
Falls, and
more. The scenic Towpath
Trail, one of the best loved trails in northeast Ohio, is
